Walnut tart - square tartlet filled with toffee and bits of walnut.
Carac - tartlet filled with chocolate ganache and topped with green pistachio icing.
Linzerli - linzer dough filled with raspberry marmalade with an edge lightly dipped in vanilla couverture.
Dobosch - seven wafer thin layers of couverture and fresh Swiss cream ganache.
Lemon tart - tartlet with lemon flavored fondant and a bead of white chocolate.
Apricot slice - layers of irresistable almond flavored macaroon and cookie crust with a fresh apricot center.
