Florentine square - pastry and cream caramel in pure Swiss milk chocolate capped in chewy nougat.
Almond Tart - tartlet layered with raspberry and almond.
Dobosch - seven wafer thin layers of couverture and sponge and fresh Swiss cream ganache.
Sacher - tartlet with raspberry and dark chocolate ganache crowned with dark chocolate.
Harlequin - red and yellow fondant, two crunchy butter cookies and a layer of apricot.
