El Cipres Torrontes 2005. Made in Maipu from Argentina’s signature white grape, El Ciprés Torrontes is a refreshing change from over-oaked California Chardonnay. Unwooded, it features the characteristic floral aromas of the varietal…hints of roses and violets on the nose. On the palate, one experiences citrus, pear and hint of mint. The wine shows perfectly balanced acids and a long persistent finish. 13.5% alcohol. 750 ml.
