Milk Chocolate 36% Cacao by Chocolate Santander. Columbia. 70g/2.47oz. Single origin chocolate with 36% cocoa solids, has predominant dairy notes, where the flavors of nuts mix with accords of flowers and fruits, generating a rich combination reminiscent of milk caramel. It has a soft consisitency on the palate, and the taste of chocolate is gently released to the end. Fairly traded.
