ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY and are shipped insured. In order to protect the quality of your purchase, Hot weather protection is required during the months of May through September and will be provided free on each shipment. IMPORTANT - PLEASE ARRANGE TO HAVE SOMEONE AVAILABLE AT TIME OF DELIVERY. IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE QUALITY OF YOUR ORDER IT CAN NOT BE LEFT WITHOUT A SIGNATURE UNLESS YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE DELIVERING CARRIER. USING THE TRACKING INFORMATION WE HAVE PROVIDED,PLEASE CONTACT THE DELIVERY SERVICE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IF NO ONE WILL BE HOME. ONCE DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED, WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSUME LIABILITY FOR YOUR ORDER.
