The following are the guidelines and restrictions that apply to the shipment of wine.

1. You must be 21 years of age and UPS will ask for proof of age and an adult signature at time of delivery.
2. We do not ship wine to addresses outside the United States, APO, FPO or P O Boxes.
3. Due to certain state restictions, we do not ship wine to the following states:
    Alabama
    Arkansas
    Delaware
    Kansas
    Kentucky
    Maine
    Maryland
    Massachusetts
    Mississippi
    Montana
    New Hampshire
    New Jersey
    New York
    Oklahoma
    Pennsylvania
    Rhode Island
    South Dakota
    Tennessee
    Texas
    Utah
    Vermont
    Virginia

4. If UPS is unable to deliver your shipment that includes wine, for failure on your part to provide an adult signature and proof of at least 21 years of age, or the delivery address prohibits the delivery of alchohol products, you will still be held liable for all charges of the order you placed.

5. All shipments of wine are subject to all applicable requirements imposed by UPS and state laws

6. Certain weather conditions may delay the shipping of wine in order to protect the quality of your order.

7. All damage claims must be presented with 24 hours of recieving your shipment and you must not dispose of the product unless we notify you to do so.


 

 

 

 

ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AT TIME OF DELIVERY and are shipped insured. In order to protect the quality of your purchase, Hot weather protection is required during the months of May through September and will be provided free on each shipment. IMPORTANT - PLEASE ARRANGE TO HAVE SOMEONE AVAILABLE AT TIME OF DELIVERY. IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE QUALITY OF YOUR ORDER IT CAN NOT BE LEFT WITHOUT A SIGNATURE UNLESS YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE DELIVERING CARRIER. USING THE TRACKING INFORMATION WE HAVE PROVIDED,PLEASE CONTACT THE DELIVERY SERVICE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IF NO ONE WILL BE HOME. ONCE DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED, WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSUME LIABILITY FOR YOUR ORDER. WE SUGGEST THAT YOU HAVE YOUR ORDER SENT TO AN ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE IT, SUCH AS YOUR WORK PLACE OR A NEIGHBOR.
