How do I return something to Cioccolato?

At Cioccolato, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

Return Policy
All claims and request for returns must be made within 24 hours of receiving shipment

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. Only returns accepted for defects and must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

4.  If you have received a defective item from us,contact us for return authorization.  Please inform us which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving shipment so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
